Step outside and you’re immediately connected to the water - whether it’s sipping coffee on the deck as the lake reflects the morning sky, or ending the day in the hot tub as the sun sets behind the mountains.

Inside, the home is designed to feel open, calm, and inviting. Expansive windows bring in natural light and frame the lake from multiple vantage points, while a warm, modern palette of soft neutrals and layered textures creates a space that feels both elevated and comfortable. The main living area flows into a spacious chef’s kitchen, complete with a nostalgic diner-style booth that encourages slow mornings and shared meals. Two fireplaces - one in the living room and another in the primary suite - add a cozy element for cooler evenings.

The newly built Trex deck provides ample space to lounge, dine, or simply take in the view. Warmer months are ideal for boating and swimming, while evenings are best spent soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the quiet of the cul-de-sac setting.
