Tucked into Big Bear’s tranquil Upper Moonridge area, Oak Tree Lodge offers an easygoing mountain retreat where families and friends can relax and spend time together. The three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and main living room are all located on the entry level, making the home especially convenient for multigenerational families and guests who prefer fewer stairs. The separate game loft is upstairs. Drive directly into the attached garage, step inside, and settle in without navigating steep inclines or multiple flights.

The open-concept great room brings everyone together with vaulted ceilings, warm natural light, and a rock-framed gas fireplace that anchors the space. The kitchen, dining area and living room flow together, making it easy to cook, connect and unwind. Step through the sliding door onto the deck for morning coffee, outdoor dining or an evening under the stars. After skiing, hiking or exploring Big Bear, relax in the private hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit.

Upstairs, the separate game loft gives kids, teens and adults their own place to hang out, with a pool table, foosball and a pull-out sofa bed. The loft also has its own A/C unit for warmer mountain days. Throughout the home, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches create a welcoming place to settle in and enjoy your stay.

TRASH

Unlike many Big Bear vacation rentals, we do not ask guests to take their trash to the dump. After all, who wants to make a dump run on vacation? We arrange for trash service so you can simply place your bagged household trash in the designated bins in the outdoor trash shed before departure.

BACKUP POWER

Mountain power outages can occasionally occur. Oak Tree Lodge has a backup generator to help guests remain more comfortable if an outage occurs.
