Living Spaces
Inside, warm wood finishes and soft lighting set the tone for restful days and easy evenings. The open living area features a gas fireplace, perfect for curling up with a book or gathering for movie night on the TV. Games and books are available for both kids and adults, making it easy to unwind together after a day on the slopes or trails.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to cook and share meals at home. Guests will find a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker, along with thoughtful touches like cooking oils, spices, and wine glasses. Enjoy meals around the indoor dining table or take them outside to the deck for fresh mountain air and outdoor dining.

Sleeping Arrangements
With three bedrooms and four beds, the cabin comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Each room is designed for restful sleep, stocked with fresh linens, extra pillows, and cozy blankets. The layout is ideal for families or groups, giving everyone their own space while keeping the cabin’s warm, communal feel.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to find one of the home’s most beloved features - the expansive back deck overlooking the yard. Here you can fire up the gas grill, dine al fresco, or simply relax in the outdoor furniture surrounded by pine trees. When evening falls, sink into the bubbling hot tub (open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM) and let the mountain air melt the day away. The private backyard offers a safe space for children to play or for guests to sit back and stargaze.

Comfort and Convenience
Shadow Wood Lodge is stocked with all the essentials for a seamless stay: in-unit washer and dryer, towels, toiletries, and self check-in via keypad. Heating and ceiling fans maintain comfort year-round, and reliable Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected if needed.

Safety and Location
For peace of mind, exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front door, and back of the home. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, along with a fire extinguisher, add an extra layer of safety. The Fox Farm neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and close to Big Bear’s favorite attractions - Snow Summit, Big Bear Lake, and the village shops are all just minutes away.

Perfect For
Families, couples, and small groups looking for a private retreat near nature will feel right at home here. Whether it’s soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing, enjoying summer evenings on the deck, or simply savoring the peace of the mountains, Shadow Wood Lodge offers a comfortable and inviting space to experience Big Bear at its best.
